The Porcel-Thin team will be joining the best of the best in the interior design, building and gardens industries to showcase our latest and largest porcelain tile collections.
This year’s Grand Designs Live offers six home shows under one roof at ExCeL London, 5-13 May. We’re excited to be exhibiting our Bac-Tech antibacterial tiles, which are proving a hit with the healthcare and leisure industries, as well as our large-format Leviathan beauties, which are making a name for themselves far and wide. You’ll find us on stand K335 in the Grand Kitchens & Bathrooms section.
Based on the hit Channel 4 Series with Kevin McCloud at the helm, Grand Designs Live offers visitors a fully immersive home show experience. With specialist exhibits, expert advice and six project zones brimming with project ideas and inspiration, this multi-award winning event is a one-stop-shop for self-builders, renovators and interior designers.
Committed to eco-building, with our porcelain tiles coming in as far lower environmental impact than standard porcelain products, we’re waiting with bated breath to see who this year’s Green Heroes are. Each year, Kevin McCloud’s considers businesses with innovative products and selects his top picks that are setting a “green example for the rest of the industry” to celebrate eco-friendly construction ideas. We’ll be following the GDL plastic-free campaign with interest and giving the new Architectural Salvage area a look too.
As always, there will be an array of live demonstrations in the exhibition space – which this year is sorted into six zones: Build, Gardens, Interiors, Kitchens & Bathrooms, Technology and Design Arcade – and inspirational talks going on daily in the Grand Theatre. There will also be the chance to view everything from smart kitchens to interior design room sets.
Porcel-Thin’s Managing Director, Ray Smith, says: “We’re looking forward to introducing our award-winning tile collection to the crowds at this May’s Grand Designs Live. It’s a great opportunity for property developers and specifiers to see what’s out there. They can see how life-like our stone-effect tiles are and how impressive our large-format tiles are. Do stop by the Porcel-Thin stand, we’re happy to offer any advice on the best porcelain tiles to use for certain projects and answer questions on everything from installation to maintenance.”
Make sure you visit us at stand K335 (Grand Kitchens & Bathrooms) between 5 and 13 May and we’ll recommend the best porcelain tiles for your grand design.
